Our Brut Rosé, produced according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, is made from 100% organic Cinsault grapes. The fine perlage is accompanied by a dry finish, characterized by a hint of minerals and light notes of stone fruit. A Brut Rosé created to celebrate life.
Good things take time - which is why we also use the Méthode Traditionnelle for our Brut Rosé. Made from organic Cinsault grapes from the Hautes-Alpes Provence at an altitude of over 500 meters. With its beautiful salmon color and fresh, fruity character, our Fête Bio Brut Rosé embodies the essence of a perfect party.

When you think of sparkling wine, champagne is perhaps the first thing that comes to mind. But there is so much more. We want to break new ground. We believe that Provence is a perfect place for grapes to create fine, elegant bubbles. We respect and learn from Champagne, but we want to make it fresher, younger and maybe even a little better.
